Art direction, copywriting
Big organizations require strategic, efficient recruitment efforts. The brief for this project was to create a tool kit for HR partners and hiring managers to be able to promote the company generally, as well as for specific positions. Considerations included showing people in various stages their careers, as well as the globally diverse workforce. The final kit included imagery (sized for all of the typical B2B social channels), copy points to post from both the company channels as well as employees' personal channels, and a matrix (Excel) to keep it all straight. Working in collaboration with a copywriter, I art directed and added headlines and copy edits to this campaign.

In addition to the "people" oriented imagery, there were also versions created without models that focused on the typography more and employ a contemporary, natural and somewhat ethereal aesthetic.
